Adidas has tried to update and/or replace the Supernova Classic a few times over the past five or six years, and failed. The Adapt is a worthy replacement. It has much of the same fit, with some subtle improvements. It feels just a little softer in the outsole and upper, with good road feel. I ran in the Supernova Classic for 10 years or more and it was my favorite running shoe. If you run/ran in the supernova Classic, the Adapt may be your new shoe.
