Purchase & Shipping Policy

 

Runners and walkers in the Salt Lake area choose the Wasatch Running Center for our product selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and our superior customer service. Why shouldn't our out-of-area customers get the same buying experience? Our in-store purchase policy is only slightly different from our online purchase policy.

We kindly recommend you wear your new shoes around your home in the evening for 30 minutes. Your feet are a little bigger and more sensitive at the end of the day, so if they fit well and feel good in the evening they should feel good any other time. Next we suggest you do a short, 30-minute run/walk on a treadmill or at an indoor running facility. Feel free to wear them inside as much as you like for fit testing.

If your new shoes do not feel good after those two tests, we would like you to return them in the box and we will exchange them for some that will feel better.

Once you run outside in your new shoes we would like you to run/walk in them for about three weeks up to 30 days. We recommend starting with runs of 20-40 minutes so your feet and your shoes can get to know each other. If you love them, keep them. If you do not like to wear them, bring them back for a pair that will help you run or walk happy.

Our In-Store Return Policy:
We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If you feel that your expectations for our shoes have not been met, you can return the shoes to us in new condition with the box at any time within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 30 days for an exchange.

Our Out-of-Store Return Policy:
Same as above, but you can return the shoes in new conditions within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or a full refund, less shipping charges.

As soon as we receive your returned item, a replacement item will be sent, or a refund will be issued to your credit card within 1 week. We do not keep your CC information, so we will need it again for a refund. Please note, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Common Shipping Questions:1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UPS Ground Service- 5-7 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air Service- Guaranteed within 2 business days.
UPS 3 Day Select- Guaranteed within 3 business days.
UPS Next Day Air Service- Guaranteed Next Day by end of day.
2. Does UPS deliver on a Saturday or Sunday?
UPS does not deliver over the weekend. All orders received over a weekend will ship out first thing Monday Morning.

3. Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatically generated email notifying you that your order has shipped, including a tracking number with instructions on how to track your order. Give us your email address.

4. Do we ship USPS?

Yes, if you prefer USPS, we can also ship that way to you.
