Road shoes are made for running on harder, flat surfaces such as asphalt, though they work just fine on flat smooth trails.

Road running shoes are good for 300 - 500 miles, depending on your running style, weight, the shoe, and the surface you run on.

Please feel free to call and see if we have your size in a shoe we carry.  If you like, we will hold it for a couple days until you can come in to get it.  If we do not have the shoe you want we are happy to order it for you.
